Coronation Street has aired Max Turner’s turning point after receiving backlash from his insensitive video in which he forced the grieving child Sam Blakeman to speak about his mother Natasha’s death.
The rebellious child has been getting on his adoptive father David’s (Jack P. Shepherd) nerves after causing a series of trouble. Previously, Max (Paddy Beaver) made enemies out of David and teacher Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) when he stole the teacher’s wallet but lied about it.
This escalated quickly when David reported Daniel to the police which almost jeopardize the teacher’s career. However, when he found out about Max’s crimes, he sided with him out of disappointment.
However, Max wreaked another havoc with his documentary film presenting his theory that Johnny Connor (Richard Hawley) and Natasha Blakeman’s (Rachel Leskovac) deaths are connected. The youngster even forced his cousin, young Sam (Jude Riordan), who’s now overwhelmed with grief to emotionally talk about his mother’s painful death.
David wasn’t able to hold himself in the soap’s latest episode (November 22) and fumed especially when he learned from Daniel that the child skipped school again.
His confrontation turned nasty when he accidentally dropped Max’s laptop after Max’s refused to follow his command to apologize to all the people he’s caused trouble with.
‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers – Daniel Osbourne Sees The Good In Max
Despite his stressful encounters with Max, teacher Daniel reasons with David saying the child has a talent for filmmaking
“Technically, it was very accomplished and I think it’s something he should work at. Might be worth talking to him about it at least. He’s not a bad kid, he’s just confused and troubled,” Daniel told David.
Max found an unlikely ally when Daniel sees him sitting alone at the Victoria Garden. Daniel encouraged him to find the right subject as he’s capable of making something brilliant. However, the disheartened child dismissed his encouragement claiming he turned himself into a bad guy to everyone’s eyes now.
“Even Summer, she’s not going to mentor me anymore. I just wish there was something I could do about it,” Max said to which Daniel reassured: “There might be.”

Daniel took Max with him to Summer Spellman’s (Harriet Bibby) house where the troubled child apologized. “The next time he picks up a camera, hopefully, it’ll be for something more positive or uplifting,” Daniel explained.

Summer pointed out that Billy has been at the soup kitchen all-day and asked Max if he could film the work that people do there and make it a promotional video to which Max agreed.
Fans reckoned this is where Max would redeem himself by filming homeless Kelly. “Max will probably catch Kelly on camera filming at the soup kitchen,” a fan claimed. But will it be the case?
