Coronation Street Confirms Corey’s Killer Nature In Special Flashback Clip

Coronation Street: Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) New “Coronation Street” flashback video has confirmed that Seb Franklin’s killer is none other than Corey Brent after Seb’s bereaved girlfriend Nina Lucas remembers the details of the night of the attack.

Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) is suspected to have led his group to attack the couple Seb (Harry Visinoni) and Nina (Mollie Gallagher) for wearing goth, which ended with the former’s untimely demise.

But Corey has been eluding justice given that Nina clean forgets what happened on that night. The former even framed up his friend Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) to be Seb’s murderer, as he continued to lie through his teeth.

Coronation Street – Nina Pop’s Memory

However, Corey’s dirty tricks started to unravel as Nina successfully recollects her thoughts that showed the details of the hate attack in the soap’s series of special flashback episodes tonight (August 30).

Nina was able to remember the scenes when Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey), Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby), and Abi Franklin (Sally Carman) accompanied her to the wasteland near the canal, where they first encountered Corey’s group.

Viewers were transported back to that night with Nina’s trip to memory lane, which saw how she and Seb struggled in the arms of Corey’s gang.

She recalls they were running away from the group after Kelly slapped her across the face.

When they were able to leave the group behind, Seb reassures Nina he’s with her for the long haul, to which she responded by complimenting him he was “cute” and the two shared a kiss.

But it wasn’t a happy ending as the group caught up with them.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Corey Brent Claims To Be Kelly Neelan’s Another Victim After Exposing Seb Franklin’s Killer

Nina retrieved her memory of how she struggled to make it to her feet to run away after she and Seb were pushed to the floor. However, her escape attempts failed when she fell again to the floor after tripping on the curb, which saw Eli and Jay laughed before kicking her.

“They called me names and they kicked me. I tried to get away, and I’m crawling, when I turn around the front of the van and look down the street,” Nina narrates.

“I see Seb being kicked. And kicked. And kicked. It was Corey. I remember everything!” Nina insists.

Will Nina’s testimony shape the court’s decision?

However, viewers will see how Corey’s solicitor Sabeen (Zora Bishop) discredits Nina’s story, alleging that her statements were all staged.

Later this week, Corey denies Nina’s claims and insists that it was Kelly who kicked Seb to death while he was there begging her to stop.

He testified he was a victim of threat, for Kelly’s late father warned to have him killed if he exposed her to the police. Will Corey evade punishment?
