Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Amy and Aadi start a romantic connection as they grow closer to each other. In the previous episodes of the longest-running soap, Amy Barlow got a traumatic experience when Aaron Sandford got intimate with her unknowingly.

It all happened when they were both drunk after a night out with Summer Spellman. The next day, the young lady expressed her madness when she realized that Aaron got intimate with her. Things got worse when the young man denied her accusations and stated that they both wanted to do it.

Amy brought the issue to the authorities, but it got ignored due to Aaron’s contrasting statement. As a result, the young lady shared her terrible experience online stating all the details of the unconsented night. Aaron’s dad got furious and threatened to sue Amy if she will not delete her post on social media. Meanwhile, she bumped into Aaron and Eric, and the latter suggested that Amy must write a retraction to stop the issue.

Back at home, the rape victim overheard her parents planning to sell their flower shop business to support Amy with her legal case. As a result, Amy considered Eric’s suggestion.

However, as guilt started to devour him, Aaron dropped the case and stated the truth about that night. After acknowledging his mistake, the young man then left the cobbles.

Though the issue is over, Amy continued to experience trauma as she can still see flashbacks about the unconsented night. Meanwhile, she opened up her heart to Toyah Battersby, leading the latter to share how she overcome the rape trauma.

Aadi then states how proud he is of his friend for her decision to help other people overcome traumatic experiences.
