Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Amy Barlow will have a new housemate, and she wasn’t really enthused about it.
Amy Barlow (played by Elle Mulvaney) is about to get a new flatmate as Brian Packham (played by Peter Gunn) needs to move out temporarily from his own place.
Brian needs to temporarily move out because there will be an installation of a new electric system. The news was delivered to him at The Kabin by Ed Bailey (played by Trevor Michael Georges).
Mary Taylor (played by Patti Clare) initially offered Brian a place to stay. She offered her couch, at least. But then she saw a review of the latest Roxanna production in the Weatherfield Gazette. And it was written by none other than Brian Packham himself.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Moving In With The Teens
Mary felt betrayed even though the review of her performance was a positive one. She then withdrew her offer to let Brian sleep at her place.
With no other options, Brian was forced to move into a flat shared by teenagers. He wasn’t able to charm them with his impressions. Probably, it’s the generation gap.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Amy Barlow’s plan didn’t pull through
Amy told Summer Spellman (played by Harriet Bibby) that Brian was really getting under her skin. She also makes a plan to convince Mary to take on Brian again by convincing her that Brian really regrets the review.
Amy and Brian met at the café, with her trying to sort things out. And then Brian tells her that he and Mary have already made it up and that Mary will be joining them for tea.
Amy didn’t expect this, and it wasn’t part of the plan. As it turns out, Brian will become her flatmate, at least for the time being.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Other Events In Corrie
There are a lot of things going on apart from Brian’s temporary living situation. Marrium Nazir (played by Kiran Landa) is back in Weatherfield with a revelation that could put her husband, Zeedan (played by Qasim Akhtar), in trouble.
Meanwhile, Sarah (played by Tina O’Brien) struggles with opening up to Adam (played by Sam Robertson) about her not wanting another baby. She was more open about it with Michael (played by Ryan Russell).
