Coronation Street Spoilers: Carla Unknowingly Takes Illegal Substance, Stephen Sabotage

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Carla affects her work performance in the Underworld after Stephen mixes some drugs in her drink.

In the previous episode of the longest-running soap, Carla (Alison King) offended the iconic villain, Stephen (Todd Boyce), after she demanded him to help pack at the Underworld factory. Viewers knew that Stephen is truly capable of ending someone’s life once upset, just like what he did to the late Leo (Joe Frost) and Teddy (Grant Burgin). Now that Carla made him red with anger, she could be his next victim.

It all started when Stephen felt insulted when the Underworld manager asked him to help Kirk (Andy Whyment) in the packing department. As a former fashion mogul, the man didn’t appreciate the idea.

Moreover, Stephen felt humiliated when he came across a past associate, Dick Havisham, and Carla told the man that the villain was working in the factory to pack the products. Things got worse when Carla fired Stephen after he told Dick that he was a senior consultant.

Coronation Street Spoilers  – Stephen Reid Gives His Revenge To Carla Connor

Following his humiliating moment, Stephen set his eyes on Carla and planned out his revenge. In the upcoming episode of “Coronation Street,” the cobbles’ villain gets himself some LSD and mixes them into Carla’s coffee while at work to lose her focus. It seems like the plan is working when the Underworld manager feels dizzy after she finishes her drink.

Later that day, Carla spends some time at The Rovers, and once again, Stephen drugs the wine she is drinking. On the other hand, Peter (Chris Gascoyne) notices something off with his wife and fears that her psychosis is returning. When the man guides Carla outside, Stephen rushes to the office and messes up her paper works. He also deletes her scheduled meeting with Dick Havisham from her diary.

Later in the week, Stephen tells Carla that she canceled her meeting with Dick when she wonders why it is not on her list. When the day of the meeting comes, the business associate calls out Carla and expresses his frustration as to why Carla didn’t show up.

As her confusion starts to devour her, Carla heads out of her office and gets her car in the garage. However, Abi Webster (Sally Carman) refuses to hand it over as she expresses her concerns. As a result, the Underworld manager heads to the company’s van and drives it without minding her current state.

On the other hand, Peter lets Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) try out his new motorbike. Meanwhile, the van approaches the two-wheel vehicle and crashes into Paul.
