‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers: Hope Goes Missing Amid Joseph’s Runaway Drama

Coronation Street” spoilers have revealed more tough times for Fiz Stape as daughter Hope goes missing while the community panics for young Joseph who had just run away.

The year isn’t starting well in Weatherfield as the residents get word that Joseph (William Flanagan) has run away from his family after his father Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) failed to keep his promise.

It all starts when Chesney and his wife Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) learn that the child is being bullied in school for not having things, simply because they can’t afford to buy them for him. Chesney confronts the child and assures him to report it to his teacher, but Joseph wants the opposite as it will only agitate the situation. Despite Joseph’s hesitations, Chesney proceeds with his report, leaving the child disappointed for invalidating his feelings.

‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers – Upcoming Scenes

In upcoming scenes on January 14’s Coronation Street episode, Hope (Isabella Flanagan) gets distracted with what’s happening outside as she sees Chesney and Gemma making a public appeal to get back their child to safety.

Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) commands the child to tidy her bedroom but a curious Hope asks her mom about what’s going on, and Fiz reveals her cousin is nowhere to be seen.

Fiz has no earth that her daughter is missing until grandmom Evelyn Plummer (Dame Maureen Lipman) breaks the news that the child has escaped out of the house. Hope might be in search of Joseph but it’s more likely she’ll get in trouble first on the streets. Will Fiz find her child? How will Tyrone (Alan Halsall) react to the news?

Deemed as one of the most controversial break-ups in Corrie’s history, Fiz and Tyrone might actually be each other’s endgame as Corrie boss hinted.

Fiz is living her best dreams as her new boyfriend Phill Whittaker (Jamie Kenna) spoils her with good moments. During the last Christmas season, Phill and Tyrone fought in silly ways because of jealousy. This led Phill to bring Fiz’s family to the Weatherfield Christmas market and a comment from a market trader pushed the couple to discuss things.

The lady complimented Phill about how lovely his children are and so he told Fiz of the idea that the girls should consider him to be their stepdad. He also offered her to move in with him and the girls in a family house with a big garden.

Fans are convinced Phill is “too good to be true” which might reveal later to be a manipulative and abusive man. Corrie boss Iain MacLeod has a say on this, revealing that the rivals will have more fights this year and it will slowly expose Phill’s motives towards Fiz.

“I won’t spoil the outcome of all that, but Fiz will end up in a huge dilemma about where her future lies,” MacLeod told the media.

“You might have a prediction or idea of things going in a particular direction, and we haven’t actually storylined it yet, but I think I know what Fiz’s happy ending looks like, shall we say,” he teased. Is he referring to Tyrone?
