However, she ended up apologizing to her visitors when Glenda backed out due to a croaky voice. Moreover, Jenny felt like giving up when the Newtons refused to buy the Rovers as it was unlikely to deliver a return on investment.

Following their business agreement, the pub owner happily announced that the Rovers Return will remain open.

At first, the staff was a bag of nerves when Jenny mentioned the new owners, but they were eventually relieved when Henry stated that their jobs were safe.
