Coronation Street Spoilers: Maggie Fox Dead Following “Sudden Accident”

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that star Maggie Fox has died after what is described as a, “sudden accident.” According to the Daily Star the actress passed away with her loved ones present. Her friend Sue Ryder said that at this time her family and loved ones are in a, “state of shock.”

Sue made the announcement on Facebook where she posted: “It is with great sadness that I have to announce the death of Maggie Fox, my comedy partner of 40 years and co-Artistic Director of LipService. Maggie passed away yesterday with her family around her. As you can imagine I am completely heartbroken.”

Coronation Street poilers – Maggie Fox Dies In “Sudden Accident”

Ryder added: “We are still all in a state of shock as this was very sudden following an accident.” As of yet no details of the accident have been revealed.

Fans will remember Maggie for starring in roles on Corrie. In 2001 she starred Ruth Audsley. Ruth became involved in the plot that saw Roy (David Neilson) and Hayley Cropper (Julie Hesmondhalgh) go on the run with their foster child Wayne Hayes.

Coronation Street spoilers – Maggie Fox Has Died Suddenly

Fox was seen on the drama again in 2010 in the role of Judge Travers. In that storyline she arbitrated between waring sisters Kylie Turner (Paula Lane) and Becky McDonald (Katherine Kelly).

But Fox was best known as an actress for her role as Bilson on the ITV period drama The Forsyte Saga and for her role as a registrar in the Channel 4 show Shameless.
