Coronation Street Spoilers: Marrium Seeks Answers From Zeedan Over Hashim’s Death

Coronation Street spoilers have hinted that Marrium will convince her husband, Zeedan Nazir to tell her the truth about the money laundering and Speed Daal fire issue with her late father, Hashim.

Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) had faced tough times with his father-in-law, Hashim when the latter accused him of stealing money from his business accounts. When Zeedan wasn’t able to gather the exact amount, Hashim (Vincent Ebrahim) threatened and convinced the man to get money from the till of Speed Daal. He even encouraged Zeedan to burn down the restaurant and use the insurance in paying his debt.

Unaware of the horrible deeds of her grandson, Yasmeen (Shelley King) is horrified when she discovers something behind Zeedan’s criminal acts as she prepares a room for Stu (Bill Fellows) to stay. When Alya (Sair Khan) finally gets the courage to tell everything to her grandmother, Yasmeen is devastated to the point of disowning her grandchildren.

With Marrium (Kiran Landa) being back on the street and having been reconciled with her husband, she is full of disbelief when Yasmeen tells her about the laundering issue of Zeedan and her father. The newcomer approaches Zeedan and asks him about the matter. Will Zeedan tell his wife the truth?

“Coronation Street’s” Alya Nazir gives Zeedan an ultimatum as the latter hesitates to tell the truth to his wife, Marrium, when they have just rekindled their love after a long time of separation.

When Marrium stepped foot on the cobbles, Zeedan spent most of his time with his wife but failed to unveil himself with the money laundering issue. When the two admitted their love for each other, Zeedan became more determined not to mention his criminal activity, which irritated her sister, Alya.

In the upcoming episode next week, Alya will not give her blessing to the reunited couple. When Marrium realizes the horrible deeds of her husband, she demands him to tell her the truth, which Zeedan always denies trying to save their relationship. Meanwhile, Alya approaches her brother and tells him the possibility of losing his family if he will still come clean to Marrium.

In a recent interview with the executive producer Iain MacLeod, he revealed the struggle of Zeedan in facing the consequences of his mistakes. “The threat to him is ultimately to lose his happy ending as a result of the dishonesty that he has been perpetrating right now. The bread and butter in soaps is either families at war with each other, or at war with themselves,” MacLeod said as documented by Digital Spy.
