Coronation Street Spoilers: Paul Foreman Discovers Something Terrible About Shelly

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Paul Foreman learns the other side of his new-found friend, Shelly Rossington.

In the previous episode of the longest-running soap, Paul became more vulnerable since the day of his diagnosis. Amidst his struggle to move his feet, he was displeased when Billy offered him a walking aid and even suggested getting a wheelchair.

Later in the week, the man was over the moon when Billy gave him an engagement ring as his birthday present.

Everything went great until Paul made his way to the Bistro for a joint celebration with his twin sister, Gemma. Due to the number of people, the woman noticed Paul being uncomfortable so she suggested spending some time in the park with her son, Bryn.

Things got worse when Paul fell to the ground as he tried to chase his nephew in the park. Moreover, he felt embarrassed when Billy and Todd Grimshaw carried him to the apartment as he could not climb the stairs anymore.

Paul met his new friend when he joined an MND support group. They immediately clicked when Shelly gave him some words of wisdom encouraging him to do everything he wanted before it was too late.

In the upcoming scenes of “Coronation Street,” Paul visits Shelly in her apartment and talks about Billy’s plan to have a stairlift and a wheelchair.

On the other hand, Shelly is all ears and tells Paul to be grateful for all the support he constantly receives from his boyfriend. After reflecting on the situation, he makes his way home and invites Billy to go out and spend more time together while they still can.

Later in the week, Paul steps back into Shelly’s apartment alongside his mom, Bernie Winter.

The two then find multiple boxes and parcels that contain a laptop. Shelly admits that she has been buying laptops on her old company credit card and selling them so she can pay for her caregivers.

Meanwhile, Paul buys one of Shelly’s stolen laptops and presents it to Summer Spellman for her birthday.

Will Paul and Shelly get away with this shenanigan? Or will this be another problem to face in the future?
