Coronation Street Spoilers: Summer And Aadi Are Getting Back Together?

Coronation Street spoilers have teased Summer and Aadi’s comeback as the former gets transparent with her health struggles to her ex-fling.

Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) will find a friend in her ex-flame Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) next week as her life continues to spiral down because of her health conditions.

Summer was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes last year and instead of being mindful of her insulin, her eating disorder is making her situation worse. Secretly battling bulimia, the teen refuses to eat well as she fears she will gain weight. On top of it all, her drinking gets out of control after her foster parents Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) and Todd (Gareth Pierce) persuade her to enjoy a night out with friends as she’s been working hard on maintaining her high grades at the Oxford University.

Her friends get concerned for her health but Summer snaps at them for acting experts when all she wants is to enjoy the night as a teenager. While her friends allow her to seize the moment, their concerns for her don’t fade away. Will they help save Summer?

In upcoming episodes, a concerned Asha (Tanisha Gorey) confides in her brother Aadi (Adam Hussain) about her fears that Summer isn’t controlling her blood sugar properly.

Aadi confronts Summer about it and she comes clean about her struggles. In devastating scenes, Summer shares to Aadi that she didn’t bother to take her blood sugar reading during their night out as she longs to live her teenage years wild and free. It’s clear that Summer’s view of herself is very negative but will Aadi persuade her of her worth?

Aadi and Summer shared a short fling last year which ended when the former had a family issue. When Aadi resented his father for choosing to save Asha first over him in a car accident, Summer realized she isn’t as mature as she thought he was. Instead, she idolized her teacher Daniel (Rob Mallard) which resulted in more trouble for her.

Will Aadi act mature this time by deciding to stay at Summer’s side? Will he play a vital role in her recovery? Will sparks fly again between the two?
