Coronation Street spoilers have revealed that Tim Metcalfe will encounter a terrible health condition as he welcomes the year 2022, which will extremely affect his relationship with his wife, Sally Metcalfe.

Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) has changed his lifestyle since he experienced a heart attack last 2019, but the man will consider another activity that will help him improve his health but he will face another serious heart problem.

In the hospital, Tim confirms his condition with the cardiology consultant telling him he needs to undergo an angiogram. Disturbed by his extreme health condition, Tim rushes out from the hospital. When Aggie Bailey gets the chance to ask about the matter, Tim admits the truth but warns the nurse not to utter a word to his wife.

Sally invites her husband one more time for a run. This time, Tim agrees with the idea but makes slow progress. When another doctor’s appointment comes, Tim is shocked that he needs a triple heart bypass, but he is hesitant to undergo the procedure.

Poor Tim is so anxious about his health that he even refuses Sally’s invitation for an intimate night, which disappoints his wife all the more. Bothered by Tim’s strange behavior, will this be the reason for another broken relationship?
