Even though one would think the threat would be over for the Nazir family, that might not be the case. In fact, things could get a lot worse and might even lead up to three characters leaving the ITV soap.

Zeedan Nazir’s Blackmail

Corrie spoilers reveal that Zeedan Nazir (Qasim Akhtar) reuniting with his family. However, he came with a big secret and soon, Hashim followed and was determined to get his way. Hashim was demanding that Zeedan pay for stealing from him. However, Zeedan kept running into complications. One was when Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) saw the two in a heated exchange. Then, Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) found out the truth.

Corrie Spoilers: Complications and Crime

Of course, the van being stolen by Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) only complicated matters as a ton of money was inside. Then, Yasmeen let Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows) cook in the Speed Daal. A fire was intentionally started and Stu nearly died. Despite his innocence, Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) thought he was just like her abusive ex-husband, Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew). Yasmeen thought Stu just refused to take responsibility and admit to the accident.

The situation was further complicated when Stu told Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) about it. Kelly overheard the Nazir family talking about the insurance and assumed they were all in on it together. Even worse, Kelly thought that it was their whole plan to blame Stu.

Hashim Elamin’s Threat

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Hashmin’s henchmen caused the fire. Despite Hashmin demanding the insurance payout, he also wanted Zeedan to keep laundering money for him. Soon after, the police took Yasmeen, Alya and Zeedan down to the station for questioning. The police suspected that it could have been an insurance scam.

Even though Alya and Zeedan were able to convince detectives that they had nothing to do with any scam, Yasmeen was held for further interrogation. The police learned about Yasmeen’s previous money problems stemming from Geoff.

Coronation Street Spoilers: Villain’s Death

As Alya and Zeedan discussed how to get out of this situation, Hashim showed up issuing more threats. Zeedan lashed back at his father-in-law. Then, the villain couldn’t catch his breath and collapsed. Zeedan was about to call for help, but Alya stopped him. If Hashim died, then their problems would be over.

Then, Ryan showed up and saw the siblings standing over Hashim’s dead body. Ryan began CPR but Hashim wasn’t able to be revived. An ambulance was getting close, which meant that the trio needed to get their story straight. However, the truth never stays buried forever in soaps. Even though the police believe Ryan, Alya and Zeedan’s story right now, could Hashim’s family arriving on the cobbles change everything?
