Coronation Street Spoilers – Justice Looks Unlikely As Joel Menaces Lauren Bolton Again

Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) informs Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) that he has a new client and needs her advice.

Dee-Dee’s preoccupied after discovering her fiancé Joel’s wrongdoings, so she might not be fully focused in the upcoming weeks-next week looks grim for justice as Joel is released from police custody. Will anyone step up to support his victim, Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton)?

DI Costello (uncredited) tells DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) that they lack enough evidence against Joel, leading Lisa to reluctantly inform Joel that he can leave.

Meanwhile, Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) questions Lisa about the rumor that Joel secretly drugged Lauren to try to terminate her pregnancy.

Lisa’s Daughter Overhears, Lauren Runs Into Joel

 Listening intently and feeling a mix of guilt, Lisa’s daughter, Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), overhears events unfold while Lauren heads to the hospital to see her infant son, Frankie Bolton (uncredited).

When Lauren stumbles upon Joel, all her fears come rushing back-why is he there; is he planning to attack her again? And will anyone be able to bring him to justice in the end? Lauren’s move to Ireland with her baby boy appears more and more unlikely!

Coronation Street Spoilers – Leanne Battersby Torn, Nick Tilsey And Toyah Habeeb Play With Fire

In the meantime, Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) finds herself in turmoil as Rowan Cunliffe’s (Emrhys Cooper) malicious actions take a toll on Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney).

Nick and Toyah are determined to savor their final day together, but when Leanne and Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) unexpectedly return from their trip, will they uncover the truth about the couple’s secret affair?

And how long can Nick Tilsley’s (Ben Price) infidelity with Toyah Habeeb (Georgia Taylor) remain hidden?

Later, Leanne confronts Rowan, who reveals that Amy is planning an upload today and is reconsidering her investment in the Institute’s resource center. Rowan encourages Leanne to persuade Nick to follow suit, indicating that she remains unaware of her partner’s betrayal!

Leanne Discovers Rowan’s Recording Amy

In Amy’s upload, Leanne encourages her to face her past to get rid of the negativity; however, as Amy shares her feelings, Leanne is shocked to find Rowan recording her.

Amy mentions she wants to talk to her grandfather, Ken Barlow (William Roache), about getting her inheritance to invest, but Ken is not interested.

Leanne pushes Amy to prepare for her malware session-blindfolded, Amy is upset as the group hurls insults at her, but Leanne insists it will be beneficial in the end.

Overwhelmed, Amy runs away-later, Amy’s mother Tracy McDonald (Kate Ford) and Nick confront Rowan at the Chariot Square hotel, determined to expose him.

Tracy warns that they will take their story to the Gazette, and Rowan pressures Leanne to convince Amy to stop her plans, reminding her she’s in senior management and should be loyal to the Institute, not Amy.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Beth Tinker Is Blackmailed

Kit goes after Beth when her spying gets her into trouble-she’s furious that Sid (Michael Jinks) is selling their imitation T-shirts at the precinct and keeping all the money.

While she watches him, she is surprised when Kit shows up; Kit later gives Beth cash and warns her to leave Weatherfield, or he’ll ruin her son Craig Tinker’s (Colson Smith) career.

Later, Kirk Sutherland (Andy Whyment) confesses to Beth that he can’t live without her and shows her Peanut wearing a neckerchief that says ‘Marry Me’.

But with Kit’s threat hanging over her, will Beth accept; Craig later asks Sid about his dealings with Beth, and Sid pretends to be clueless. After Craig leaves, Sid calls Kit to warn him-has Beth escaped in fear, or will Kit be caught?

Betsy Gets Revenge On Mason

Betsy seeks revenge on Mason Radcliffe (Luca Toolan) and Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) feels uneasy when Mason shows up, but feels down when Mason mentions he’s saving to rent a place nearby.

Betsy convinces Mason to skip his shift at Speed Daal and come over since her mom is at work, giving them privacy.

However, when Mason seems unsure about hanging out again, Betsy breaks things off with him. Mason then sees her talking to Dylan and tells them they belong together-Dylan feels awkward and insists to Mason that he and Betsy are not a couple. Throughout the week, Betsy makes sure to kiss Dylan where Mason can see.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Betsy Continues Her Revenge

At Speed Daal, Betsy confesses that she tried to make Mason jealous, but feels embarrassed when he clearly shows he doesn’t like her.

In a desperate move, she takes a customer’s purse and hides it in Mason’s jacket to blame him. The customer soon notices the missing purse and confronts Yasmeen Metcalfe (Shelley King) and Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows).

When Mason puts on his jacket, he figures out that Betsy has tricked him. Will he get caught with the stolen purse?

Daisy Midgeley Struggles With Feelings For Daniel Osbourne

In the end, it’s evident that Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) still has unresolved emotions for her former partner, Daniel. Meanwhile, Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) reflects on Kit’s relocation to Redbank, noting that it likely pertains to the apartment Daisy and Daniel had planned to purchase together.

Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) picks up on Daisy’s unease when Daniel’s name comes up, raising the question: has Daisy truly moved on from her past love? Daisy clearly has not moved on as she’s tried to convince herself she has.
