Coronation Street Spoilers Weekly Update May 12-16: Gary’s Violence, Kit’s Secrets, Eileen’s Accusations & More!Coronation Street spoilers the week of May 12 tease someone turns violent, a childhood’s revealed, murder accusations fly, and an admission is made.

Gary Windass (Mikey North) turns violent, Kit Green’s (Jacob Roberts) childhood’s revealed, Eileen Grimshaw’s (Sue Cleaver) accused of murder, and Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) makes an admission.

Gary’s Violence

Mick Michaelis (Joe Layton) gets angry with Gary after he bullies teen Liam Connor (Charlie Wrenshall) next week.

Mick spits out his tea when he discovers Liam has mixed in washing powder; Liam is happy to get back at Mick for covering him in cement.

However, Mick is set on revenge and locks Liam in the tool shed, where a scared Liam calls for help but no one hears him.

The next day, when Mick sends Liam to get bacon sandwiches and he doesn’t come back, Gary and Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) find him at the café, where Liam tells them Mick locked him in the shed. Maria is shocked as Gary returns to the yard and sees Mick searching for something in the shed.

Revenge Taken

Gary retaliates against Mick by locking him in and then firing him-however, Mick soon confronts Gary outside and knocks him down.

As Gary picks himself up with an empty bottle in hand, Kit intervenes, demanding that Gary release Mick-what will Gary’s next move be? With Kit stepping in, the stage is set for a flashback that reveals the enigmatic link between Kit and Mick.

Additionally, Kit is surprised to see Lou Michaelis (Farrel Hegarty) at the pub, where Lou informs Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) that she and Kit share a long history.

Kit also expresses regret to his new girlfriend Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) for not giving her enough attention lately and invites her out for dinner.

Kit’s Childhood Revealed

In a heartfelt visit, Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) stops by her son Kit’s apartment, hoping to encourage him to share what’s troubling him. A special episode will delve into Kit’s past through flashbacks, revealing his childhood experiences.

Viewers will witness a young Kit getting entangled in illegal activities as the ITV soap explores the events that shaped him into the person he is now.

The narrative shifts between the teenage years of Kit, Mick, and Lou, highlighting the secrets that connect them and their current lives.

Meanwhile, tensions rise as Maria and Lou argue over the altercation between Gary and Mick, each siding with their respective husband’s account of the incident.

Mick And Kit’s Secret

Gary and Maria accuse Kit of being corrupt, while Kit portrays Gary as the bad guy by reminding him he had a bottle during their fight. Later, Bernie enters Kit’s apartment and mentions a photo she found in the trash, questioning why Kit is protecting Mick.

Meanwhile, Mick and Lou take their son Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) out to celebrate his release from the STC, not knowing that Kit is starting to think he might be Brody’s real father.

At a recent press event, Roberts described his character as ‘a lone wolf’, saying he struggles to connect with others and make friends, especially on the street where people are cautious of him. He’s not the easiest person to get to know right away; will the flashbacks shed light on this?

Eileen’s Accusations

Elsewhere, a heartbroken Eileen finds herself entangled in a troubling situation following the death of Julie Carp (Katy Cavanagh)-what’s unfolding? Kit discloses that the autopsy revealed Eileen’s painkillers in Julie’s bloodstream, leaving Eileen in a state of shock and despair.

Just days after the passing of her terminally ill sister, Eileen confides in her partner George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) that she struggles to mourn her sister.

She experiences overwhelming fear of being wrongfully accused of murder; will Eileen be exonerated? And does this suggest that Julie may have taken the painkillers to alleviate her suffering without informing Eileen?

Debbie’s Admission

Debbie is on the verge of disclosing her heartbreaking diagnosis. At the wedding fair, the event weighs heavily on Debbie, who is grappling with her diagnosis of vascular dementia.

Meanwhile, Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) complains about the location of the Speed Daal pitch, which Debbie tries to brush off.

As tensions rise between Maria and Lou, who is neglecting her duties at the salon’s booth, Leanne still laments the unfavorable placement of the restaurant’s stand. A frustrated Debbie misplaces her clipboard and loses her cool, injuring her hand while trying to move the stand.

Debbie Panics, Ronnie Leaves

Her ex-fiancé Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan) doesn’t know about her illness and takes her to the emergency room for treatment. When a nurse needs to talk to Debbie about her health history, she hides her fear and tells a sad Ronnie to go away.

The next day, Debbie is at the Bistro with her sister-in-law Abi Webster (Sally Carman-Duttine), and they order soft drinks for lunch.

But when Debbie sees Ronnie walk in, she switches to a large vodka-drunk, Debbie stumbles to the restroom, and Abi calls Carl for help.

When Carl arrives, Debbie tells Abi she received some bad news; will Debbie reveal her condition, and will Ronnie find out the real reason she broke up with him?

Caught In The Crossfire

Roy Cropper (David Neilson) finds himself entangled in yet another episode of Lauren Bolton’s (Cait Fitton) turmoil.

Lauren reveals to Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll) she spent the £500 he had given her as a deposit for a flat; he ends their friendship and walks away, leaving Lauren heartbroken.

As the week progresses, Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) confronts Lauren at the café about her behavior towards Bobby.

A heated argument breaks out, resulting in Lauren accidentally dousing Roy with ketchup! Will Lauren and Bobby reconcile, and will Roy’s messy encounter prompt Lauren to reflect on her anger?

The Rovers’ New Boss

At last, the Rovers welcomes a new manager as Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) takes the helm. Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) gathers her belongings and moves in with Rita Tanner (Barbara Knox).

With Jenny gone from the Rovers and Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) now under Debbie’s employment, Carla Connor (Alison King) elevates Glenda to the position of manager.

However, when Glenda informs Carla about the staffing shortage at the pub, will Carla decide to bring in a new barmaid? And could this truly mark the end of Jenny’s connection to her cherished Rovers?
