She was last seen in Weatherfield last September 2020 having a close relationship with Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) as he was still grieving for his late wife, Sinead Tinker (Katie McGlynn).

Earlier this year, the iconic Nicky Wheatley stepped foot into the cobbles once again as Daniel’s co-worker at Weatherfield High School. However, she lost her job when Max Turner spread the video and picture of her as a sex worker. In her recent scenes, Nicky was seen confessing her feelings for Daniel, but the latter was caught with some personal issues, including his failed relationship with Daisy. Now that Nicky has been true to her feelings, will there be a romantic future for the two?

The 35-year-old actress recently launched her clothing brand, which was supported by her fans and co-stars in “Coronation Street.” In one of her latest posts on social media, she showed her gratitude to all who came and celebrate with her. “Unreal weekend. Thank you so much to every single friend who passed by this weekend and all customers. Needed more pics but the memories will last forever,” she wrote.

Fans filled the comment section with love and congratulatory messages, including her co-star, Tanisha Gorey, who plays Asha Alahan, saying: “You’re amazing, my love!” The Weatherfield’s Jack James Ryan, who plays Jacob Hay, also commented: “Mad proud of you.” One fan commented, “Looks amazing, Kim!” Another one chimed in, “Congratulations, Kim, and looking lovely.”

“I’m really, really proud of that because there might be somebody watching it and seeing themselves on it. If we’ve got that, then we’ve absolutely smashed it, and that’s the key thing here. I have friends in the sex industry, and I want to get it right for them,” she said.
