Coronation Street Spoilers: Kelly Neelan Regrets Revenge Plan Against Gary Windass

Coronation Street spoilers and updates tease that Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) regrets her plan to avenge the death of her father, Rick Neelan (Greg Wood). Can she still do something to prevent Gary Windass (Mikey North) from getting killed?

Fans may recall that Kelly found out that it was Gary who killed her father three years ago. She decided to make the latter pay with his life by coming up with a deadly revenge plan. She formed an alliance with her own kidnapper, Kieron Edgerton (Pat Lally). She promised to pay him £10,000 if he gets rid of Gary for good.

It all starts during her engagement party at the Bistro. Kelly gets furious when Gary makes a speech about being happy that she became part of his life. She thinks Gary is just pretending so she runs out of the Bistro after warning him that she knows what he’s done to her father.

Gary goes after Kelly only to find that she’s with Kieron. The latter knocks Gary unconscious and shoves him into a van. He and his associate Al bring Gary to the woods at the exact spot where he killed Rick in 2019 and forces Gary to dig his own grave.

Meanwhile, Kelly is having second thoughts about what she’s done. Will she change her mind? Can she still stop Kieran from fulfilling the task that she hired him to do?

Coronation Street Spoilers – Millie Gibson Exits Coronation Street

Millie Gibson, the actress who plays the role of Kelly Neelan, is set to leave the show this week. In an interview with the media, the actress said that her character has forgotten about all the good morals she’s learned over the years.

“All she can think about is her dad, his morals and the ways he acted and dealt with situations. You see him take over her personality,” she said.

“I’m excited to see how it comes across because it’s like Kelly Neelan is a proper Neelan in this storyline – she’s not the new Kelly that she’s found herself to be. She really starts to change in the period after she finds out about her dad,” the actress continued.

The actress also explained that the truth behind the death of her father will come out eventually. She already knows that it will take place but she didn’t expect it to be revealed that way.
