Fans may recall that Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) lashed out because of all the pressure at home. He ended up smashing Stephen Reid’s car when he threatened to bring his business elsewhere.

Kevin kept his run-in with the police a secret from Abi. He doesn’t want to burst her bubble because she’s been looking forward to bringing Alfie home. He doesn’t want to welcome her with the news that he got arrested.

But he was unable to keep his secret for so long. It all came to light when Kevin and Abi went to Daal to get something to eat. Kevin didn’t expect to see Stephen. He panicked and told Abi if they could get their food to go.

Unfortunately, Stephen saw them and approached their table. He told Kevin that he knew that things hadn’t been that easy for them lately, that’s why he decided not to press charges.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Abi Franklin’s Decision To Move Out

Kevin has no choice but to tell Abi everything. He opened up about his arrest. Not only that, he told him about Jack’s behavior towards Abi and Alfie living with them. Abi (Sally Carman) told Kevin that Jack should be his priority and decided to leave.

When Jack saw that Abi was packing her bags, he pleaded for her and Alfie to stay. Jack also showed her a touching letter he wrote about family. Jack considers her and Alfie as family. Will this be enough to convince Abi to stay?

In an interview with Digital Spy, Billy Fellows, the actor who plays the role of Stu, said, “Eventually all the lies build up. I think the audience will be shocked and surprised. Will they believe him? There’s so much to discuss. This is just the start.”
