Sarah looked up to his business-minded uncle Stephen since he stepped foot in the cobbles. Little did she know that the respected man had a lot of hidden crimes and that whoever tried to expose them would be killed.

After ending the lives of the father and son, Teddy and Leo, the villain murdered Rufus Donahue. He spiked his drink with drugs, pushed him to the pool, and held his head underneath the water.

Other than that, determined to take over the Underworld company, he also drugged Carla Connor until she became unwell.

Stephen succeeded with his plans when Carla let him supervise the business while she was in rehab.

Before all the killings and drug storylines, the iconic villain stole money from his mom, Audrey Roberts.

With the help of his estranged wife, Gabrielle, he accessed the equity release money from the woman’s home and successfully got some cash.

In the recent scenes of the longest-running soap, Sarah sought the truth after hearing Audrey and Gail Platt exchange their thoughts about the equity release letter.

It was not a good day for Sarah, especially when Angelique arrived in the Underworld and announced the cancellation of Nippersnapper’s contract.

Moreover, Tim Metcalfe approached her and revealed Stephen’s lies about his connection to Gabrielle.

When things became more questionable, Sarah decided to call the woman over the phone. Amidst their conversation, Gabrielle stated that Stephen failed to show his loyalty to his family.

After receiving some alarming words, Sarah started to investigate if Stephen was involved in the mysterious equity release letter.

Right after calling the firm, Sarah got the answers she needed. Determined to protect Audrey with all the lies, she informed the woman to ignore the letter as it was just a scam.

Meanwhile, she went straight to Stephen and confronted him about his shenanigans. Sarah also demanded to pay back everything he took and stated that she could no longer trust her uncle.

During his recent interview, Todd Boyce shared his thoughts about his character’s current storyline. “I like the way the story is developing and how all these little things are starting to add up,” he told Metro.co.uk.

Moreover, the actor stated that Stephen tries to escape his evil deeds but the truth is slowly coming to the surface. “Just when he feels he is getting where he wants to be, it is all unraveling behind the scenes,” Boyce uttered.
