EastEnders Star Tamzin Outhwaite Is A Real-Life Hero, Saves Kids

EastEnders fans saw many characters come and go over the years. Tamzin Outhwaite, now 50, previously played the role of Mel Owen between 1998 and 2002. Then in 2018 and she returned. Meanwhile, in real life, she certainly comes out as a dependable and very quick-acting hero. The news came this week that she saved three kids from drowning.

He looks to have way more attitude and fans hope they see an expanded role for him in the show.  Well, fans adapt to new characters after time, and as they know very well, there’s always a faint chance they might return at some stage as Tamzin Outhwaite did.

While EastEnders fans fret and worry that more delays might possibly come along for the show, Tamzin Outhwaite went out there and did something that revealed she’s a true hero. In fact, three kids are probably alive right now because of her bold action. The news came via The Sun, who reported about it on Tuesday this week. It all went down at a birthday party for a seven-year-old.

Tamzin Outhwaite spent the day with a friend and all the kids enjoyed themselves in the pool. However, some of them got into difficulty. The Sun reported that witnesses described her heroic actions. In fact, she didn’t take off any clothes or even drop her phone. Fully clothed, she went straight in as other people screamed and yelled.

The EastEnders star “reacted so fast that nobody else had even gone into the water by the time they were all safe,” a witness said. Fortunately, a few doctors were also there. So, the kids quickly got a checkup. All of them seemed fine. The incident that happened in North London on June 5 could have had a very different ending. Everyone felt a bit shaken after it all went down. Of course, she also acts like any real hero and doesn’t want a lot of hoopla and fanfare.

EastEnders News – Some Very Grateful Parents Shout Her Praise

Apparently, the parents of the kids thanked EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite for her quick action. If not for her, there might be tears and pain instead of rejoicing about the three lives she saved. Other news from Tamzin came earlier this year when she told The Sun that she can’t be happier as she is in a relationship with documentary-maker Tom Child. Fans of the BBC show also know her from her roles in Hotel Babylon and New Tricks.
