Of course, Sarah walked up and heard Noah telling Danny the truth about her health. Danny did look guilty for just a split second. However, Sarah won’t want him viewing her any less and will probably convince him that she’s fine.

Emmerdale spoilers confirm Noah will collapse in the woods from a drug overdose. Now, there are a few possibilities here. Perhaps Danny tries to shut him up for good. Remember, the two got into a physical altercation over Sarah.

Another theory is that Noah grabs the drugs from Sarah’s hands and swallows them so she can’t. The effort to save her life could end his own, though.
