Amber Heard FIRED From Aquaman 2′ Rumors Soar Amid Johnny Depp Trial!

Amber Heard – Claims Johnny Depp Tried To Ban Her From ‘Aquaman’!

The trial featuring Amber Heard and Johnny Depp has resulted in some shockers. But beyond that, the testimony has sparked some unexpected rumors. And one of the newest alleges that Heard got fired from “Aquaman 2.” But the testimony shows a somewhat different story.

Amber did claim that Johnny tried to get her fired from “Aquaman,” reported the Insider. However, the actual question focused on how Depp helped her to get the role in the 2018 film. But instead, the actress insisted, “He tried to have me fired from it.” And as evidence, she added, “I saw the emails [and] the texts.”

Heard also discussed a deal that she made to do three movies for DC Entertainment. First, the actress filmed “Justice League” in 2017. And second, she starred in “Aquaman.” However,  Amber’s role in the third movie, the 2023 sequel “Aquaman 2,” remains a hot topic. 

Amber Heard – ‘Released’ From Film Contract!?

Because of the clashing rumors about getting fired, Amber explained her view of the third movie. And she shocked with her claim that she got released from her film contract, reported Cosmic Book News. “They released me from my contract and I’ve fought to stay in it,” alleged the actress. And she also hinted that her role may have gotten slashed dramatically.

“They kept me in it, I just don’t know how much I’m in actually, the final cut,” admitted Heard. However, that comment sparked rumors that Amber got fired. For instance, one Twitter user posted, “Oh sh*t, Amber Heard got fired and released from her contract with DC.” And another added, “Amber Heard just admitted she was fired from Aquaman 2. But she fought (blackmailed) to stay in it.” 

Heard claimed Warner Bros. did not want to include her in the movie sequel, reported Variety. And she alleged the film plans changed after Depp’s lawyers accused her of lying. Because of that accusation, “communications about filming the second ‘Aquaman’ film stopped,” said Amber. 

However, Heard did admit that her third movie from Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment paid twice as much. But despite the pay boost, Amber expressed frustration over getting scenes cut. “I was given a script and then given new versions of the script,” recalled the actress. And she described the second script as removing action scenes. As a result, she accused producers of cutting “a bunch out of my role.” And rumors hint that her role lasts only 10 minutes!
