Amber Heard Looks Happy Relaxing With Daughter In Spain After Johnny Depp Trial!

Amber Heard managed to stay under cover for months after her trial against Johnny Depp. But the actress just resurfaced in Spain. And Amber reportedly showed up with her daughter and a girlfriend.

Amber Heard – Resurfaces In Spain After Trial

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard spent days in a courtroom arguing their defamation case. But after the trial, Depp and Heard traveled on very separate paths. For instance, Johnny toured to show off his musical skills. But Amber seemed to have gone MIA. Now, however, the actress has resurfaced in Spain, reported Page Six.

Heard and her daughter, Oonagh Paige, age 1, enjoyed Palma de Mallorca with the actress’ girlfriend, Bianca Butti. Photos showed Amber focusing on helping her daughter swing and walking with the little girl. Heard looked happy as she joined some of her friends in Europe.

However, no reports have revealed how long the actress plans to stay in Europe with her daughter. But the 36-year-old did seem to relax as she spent time with Oonagh Paige and her girlfriend. Amber welcomed the baby via surrogate in July 2021.

Social media argued over the meaning of Amber’s visit to Spain. For instance, some questioned the cost. After losing the trial to Johnny Depp in June, Amber owes Depp millions of dollars. But others defended Heard’s decision to travel, noting that she might seek a place where she would feel less likely to be judged.

Amber Heard – Faces Financial Problems

The defamation trial in June ended in the jury’s ruling that the actress must pay Depp, 59, $10 million in compensatory damages. The jury also ruled that Amber owed Johnny $350,000 in punitive damages. However, the combination of her counter lawsuit and the state of Virigina’s limitations on damages means that Amber owes $5 million. 

But the actress has stated that she does not have that money. And she later asked the judge to toss out the verdict of the jury. However, the Aquaman actress did make one change to try to pay off the money she owes to Depp. And she sold her California desert compound for $1.05 million.

As a result of Amber’s claim that she lacks the money she owes Johnny, she received criticism for her summer travel. For instance, the actress relaxed in the Hamptons for part of the summer. And she then hopped on a jet and left for Israel. During the latter vacation, Heard spent time with her friend Eve Barlow and her daughter Oonagh. Barlow made headlines during Amber’s trial against Johnny by texting, live tweeting and posting information as she sat in the front row. Legal counsel typically use that area, and the judge barred Barlow from the courtroom as a result.
