Amber Heard Throws Shade At Kate Moss For Johnny Depp Trial Testimony!

Amber Heard And Johnny Depp – Trial Includes Kate Moss

For those trying to figure out how model Kate Moss ended up in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial, it involved Amber’s recollection of a story about Kate. Heard has tried various ways to upset Johnny Depp in his $50 million defamation trial against her. And she reportedly assumed that a surprise account from Moss would weigh in her favor.

But Kate shocked both Amber and the courtroom by offering a dramatically different version of what happened between Moss and Depp. And in just a few words, the model contradicted Heard’s allegation that Depp shoved Kate down a flight of stairs. Johnny’s attorney, Camille Vasquez, then questioned Heard in cross-examination, noted OK magazine.

Famously quick to note any contradictions, Depp’s lawyer got blunt in asking Amber about her expectations. “You didn’t expect Ms. Moss to testify that that never happened, did you?” asked Vasquez. But Amber then changed tactics.

“Incorrect,” insisted Heard. And then came the shade. “I know how many people will come out of the woodwork to be in support of Johnny,” sneered Heard in throwing shade at Kate for her unexpected appearance and strong testimony in favor of Depp. “It is clear by this courtroom how many people will do that.”

After Johnny Depp’s lawyer had questioned Amber, Heard then decided to use a different tactic. Because what she assumed to be the facts about Kate Moss got denied, Heard went for a double dose of gossip and innuendo. And she also got somewhat snooty in discussing those who numbered among the in crowd in the 1990s and early 2000s.

“Everybody who was around in the ’90s and the early aughts knew that rumor,” sniffed Amber about the inside crowd’s gossip concerning Kate Moss and Johnny Depp. “I had heard that rumor from multiple people. Of course that’s what flashed through my head when my violent husband not only swung for me but all of a sudden swung for my sister,” Heard said dramatically.

Amber mentioned the Kate Moss incident during her testimony about defending her younger sibling, Whitney Henriquez, from Depp. And she compared that situation to the alleged assault on Kate. As a result of her memories of the gossip about Moss, “I don’t hesitate, I don’t wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs …” Heard justified hitting Depp on his face.

However, Moss stated that she fell down the stairs due to the rain. “Johnny had left the room before I did, and there had been a rainstorm. And as I left the room, I slid down the stairs and hurt my back,” recalled Kate. “I screamed because I didn’t know what happened to me and I was in pain. And [Depp] came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention. He never pushed me, kicked me, or threw me down any stairs,” Moss summed up in Depp’s favor.
