Reports that Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd had begun a quiet romance started in July, per E News.  That month saw the actress and singer dining together at popular eatery Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California.  And ever since, celebrity observers have watched the two in hopes of catching them on a date.

Now those star watchers have received their reward by seeing the movie star and singer reportedly cherishing a follow-up intimate evening at the exact same restaurant.  (Awww, less than 3 months together and they already have “their” restaurant!)

This time, Jolie and The Weeknd appear to have color-coordinated for a style sensation.  From top to bottom, both Angelina and the singer wore solid black.

The couple entered the Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif. with the 46-year-old actress sporting her signature look trench coat and the 31-year-old singer opting for dark denim and an over-sized jacket.

Jolie stepped out in pointed-toe heels.  And The Weeknd offered a nice contrast in his leather boots.

New Couple Arrives Separately But Leaves Together…

One spy at the restaurant revealed that Angelina Jolie and The Weekend did arrive separately.  However, the two allegedly didn’t try to hide their connection once inside the restaurant.

Jolie and The Weeknd sat together in a so-called “private” section of the Giorgio Baldi, said an insider.  For more than two hours, the couple shared what that source described as an “intimate dinner date.”

And following that private meal, the eyewitness observed Angelina and The Weeknd (birth name: Abel Tesfaye) leaving in his car.

Hollywood insiders predict that Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd will not go public in talking about their new relationship.  As to why the two probably will maintain silence?

The Weeknd has discussed what happens when celebrities go public with relationships.  And the singer also confessed that his prior romances with Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid have caused him to hesitate to talk about dating to the media.

“I do feel guilty,” explained the singer about the spotlight that shines on his dates.  “For sure. That’s why I don’t…I try not to do too much. I just try not to bring attention to myself. And I just love being in normal situations, man. It’s such a great feeling. To be able to just like go on a walk and not being in a f–king SUV.”
