Brad Pitt In UK As Los Angeles Mansion Robbed

Brad Pitt wasn’t at his home in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and that’s fortunate, as it was broken into by robbers who made off with much of his belongings. Read on to find out more details about the Oklahoma native’s losses.

The Break-In

Wealthy celebrities who live in Los Angeles sometimes face the loss of property from wildfires. But they also face the threat of intruders getting into their mansions and making off with their belongings. Or worse. There are a lot of crazy people out there, and so, many of them take precautions with excellent security.

Not many details emerged about the break-in, but according to The U.S. Sun, it didn’t seem particularly difficult for three robbers to break in. Police attended the scene in Los Feliz, and it is now known that property was stolen. They responded to a call, but they don’t know the value of the goods taken just yet.

Apparently, the three people now wanted by the police simply climbed over the fence. The outlet used the word “ransacked” to describe the condition of the place after the robbers made their getaway.

Where Was Brad?

Like Paul Kemsley from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Brad Pitt wasn’t home and was in the UK when the robbery happened. Unlike Paul, Angelina Jolie wasn’t in the home. Remember, when Paul was broken into, his wife, Dorit Kemsley, was at home, and the intruders stole a million dollars worth of jewelry after holding her at gunpoint. Of course, Angelina wasn’t there because she and Brad finalized their divorce last year.

The outlet noted that Brad Pitt is currently in the UK and he was seen at the premiere of F1: The Movie. Obviously, it’s about competing in the Formula One, and Brad is the lead actor. Others who appear in the film include Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Javier Bardem.

LA Stars Are Targets

Many celebs in Los Angeles have an incredible net worth. So, naturally, they can become the targets of thieves. Meanwhile, their fame also attracts some crazies out there who idolize them. So, security is very important.

Outside of the Royal Family, perhaps the city is the prime example of those who have much and those who live from month to month. So, there’s an element of jealousy as well. Other people who experienced break-ins include Nicole Kidman, Jessie J, and Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.
