Britney Spears’ Son Jayden Federline Speaks About Mending Their Relationship

All hope is not lost in Britney Spears’ relationship with her children. According to Britney’s second son in an interview with Daphne Barak, Jayden, 15, believes their relationship with their mom can be mended and this is not the type of reconciliation that has to do with “time will tell” speech, no, Jayden wants his mom to get better first before they can seat face to face and sort their issues, hopefully, once and for all.

Jayden said he “100% think this can be fixed. It’s just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again.” Then while addressing his mom personally, he said “I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again.”

Jayden also spoke about why he and his elder brother Sean stayed away from their mom’s wedding with Sam Asghari in April. Jayden said he and his brother love their mom very much and are happy for her but, when they found out that the guests were selected and the entire family weren’t invited, they decided to sit it out to avoid creating problems.

“At the time it just wasn’t a good time to go, I’m not saying that I’m not happy for her, I’m really happy for them, but she didn’t invite the whole family and then if it was just going to be me and Preston, I just don’t see how that situation would have ended on good terms.”

Jayden also reminisced about seeing his mom singing on stage and how she brought joy to a lot of people through her performance, and he thought to himself about how popular his mom is, that she inspired him.

Jaydon also commented on Britney’s constant use of social media and said he feels Britney loves social media more than her family, he recalled the day Sean asked Britney not to post Sean’s pictures online but Britney did it anyways. Jayden said he feels Britney needs to always post something online to make herself feel better so he wouldn’t hate her for that but, he has come to realize that most of Britney’s uploads are for attention seeking and it has been going on for years, he hoped that for his sake, his mom would let go of all the social media attention seeking.
