Britney Spears Still Fights Several Battles Even After Winning Her Conservatorship Battle

The statement “It’s not yet over until it’s over” is literally what Britney Spears is going through right now.

It’s now a year since Britney won her conservatorship battle (she won it on Nov. 12, 2021). One would think that after that huge victory, things would begin to fall into place for the “Oops!… I Did It Again” singer but sadly, that’s not the case.

Shortly after her legal win, Britney began another legal battle with her dad Jamie Spears for asking her to pay his legal fees. Britney’s attorney Mathew Rosengart refused Britney from paying her dad’s legal fees, citing that Jami Spears mismanaged Britney’s funds while she was under him as her conservator.

While Jamie tried to force Britney to sit for a deposit, Britney also asked that her dad sit for deposit so he would give proper account of how he handled Britney’s money.

The Judge in charge of the court case of the Spears’, in Los Angeles Court Brenda Penny took Britney’s side by being against Britney sitting for deposition.

Britney Spears — Britney’s Battle With Her Ex-Husband, And Her Son

Britney and her dad have not yet settled their legal battle and another battle arrived for Britney. This one involved her ex-husband Kevin Federline, and her sons.

Kevin Federline told reporter Daphne Barak that the two sons he had with Britney Spears Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, before their split in 2006, have decided to not see their mom for a while.

Kevin said the decision was a painful one for the two boys but they had to make it, it was entirely their choice to not be in contact with their mom, and they haven’t been in contact with her for some months now.

Britney took to her Instagram to express her feelings over what her ex revealed, concerning her relationship with her sons. She said she was hurt by the fact that Kevin brought her relationship with her children to the public, she revealed that it was hurtful hearing from Kevin that her children didn’t want to see her.

Britney lamented that raising teenage boys is not easy and that her mom told her to give the children to their father.

Britney Spears — Britney’s Current Battle

Despite having her family battles and exes to deal with, Britney also has her health to deal with.

Recently, the “Baby One More Time” singer revealed that she’s battling “incurable nerve damage on the right side of my body … there’s no cure except God I guess.”

Explaining more concerning her health issue, Britney, 40, said, “nerve damage is caused sometimes when you don’t get enough oxygen to your brain … your brain literally shuts down.”

“In that place I didn’t breathe when I was there … nerve damage causes parts of your body to go numb. I wake up like 3 times a week in bed and my hands are completely numb … nerves are tiny and it feels like pins and needles from the right side of my body it shoots up to my neck.”
