In the wake of discovering three women accusing him of sexual assault, Chris Noth reportedly resides at least temporarily in New York City, insiders told Page Six. But his wife Tara Wilson remains in Los Angeles. And in a tell-tale sign, Tara has taken off her wedding ring, shared the sources.

“Tara is upset and things are hanging by a thread,” revealed one insider. “She just wants to protect the kids. That is her number one priority.” Wilson and Noth share two children,13-year-old Orion and 18-month-old Keats.

What A Difference Two Weeks Makes For Tara Wilson

Only two weeks ago, the 42-year-old wife of Chris Noth, 67, proudly wore a large diamond engagement ring and a wedding band. Tara Wilson’s date night with her husband included attending the HBO premiere of the “Sex And The City” reboot, “And Just Like That…” in New York City. 

Observers watched Tara and Chris cuddle closely after leaving the screening held at the in NYC. As the now estranged couple headed to the star-filled after-party, “they looked so happy,” shared one eyewitness. But that was then… and this is now. Wilson remains at their West Coast home, focusing on their children. 

Chris Noth Battles Sexual Assault Allegations

In response to the sexual assault allegations, Noth denied the claims. “The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false,” stated the “Sex And The City” actor. “These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don’t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women.”

But in addition to the three women who remain anonymous with their allegations, others have stepped forward. For instance, actress Zoe Lister-Jones played a guest star role on an episode of “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” with Noth. Zoe alleged that the actor had seemed drunk at work and violated her personal space. In addition, the actress described Noth as “consistently sexually inappropriate” with a female promoter at one of the NYC clubs in which he was involved.
