Everything To Know About The Late Ivana Trump

Ivana Trump was the mom of Donald Jr., Eric, and Ivanka Trump. Additionally, she married Donald, the future president. However, he came along as her second marriage. Later, they divorced, and he ended up with Melania, the mom of their son, Barron. Now that she passed away, folks might be interested to know that she was much more than a wife and mother.

Ivana Trump Passed Away Suddenly, Aged 73

When the news hit the headlines that Donald’s former wife passed away, the press wrote up some nice tributes to her. If you don’t know, she died after a heart attack in New York. And, that’s a very long way from her birthplace. 73 years ago, a lifetime away from the USA, she arrived in the family of Milos Zelnicek. Born sickly, she spent time in an incubator, and her dad decided that exercise would help her grow strong again. 

From a shaky start in life in the Chek town of Zlin, Ivana Trump later became known as a talented skier. As she grew older, she studied hard and avoided working in a factory when she obtained a degree in physical sciences. According to Hello! Magazine, she later moved to Canada. As she married an “Austrian skier, Alfred Winklmayr, in 1971,… she was able to leave Communist-controlled Czechoslovakia.” 

Ivana Trump Built An Empire

Back in the 1980s, Donald and his wife were the talk of New York City. The popular and wealthy socialites won a lot of admirers, and it was a thing to get photographed with them. Whilst he focused on property development and construction, his wife didn’t rest on her laurels. Simon and Schuster noted that she became a “businesswoman, author, fashion designer, socialite, and…fashion model.”

Ivana Trump fell out with Donald when she discovered that he was having an affair with Marla Maples. According to the Chicago Times, she looked remarkably like Ivana. Anyway, she confronted The Donald and a massive argument ensued whilst interested celebs looked on. Later, they divorced and he moved on with Marla who produced Tiffany. Moving along, his ex-wife went off and built herself an empire. 

Newspaper Investments, Fashion & Fragrance, And Author

Ivana Trump invested in a lot of projects and she even purchased a major newspaper in Croatia. Additionally, she became well-known for her fashion and fragrance business. Besides writing many books, she also turned her pen to producing an advice column for a well-known magazine. 

Apart from Donald Trump, Ivana had marriages and relationships with other men. They included an Italian entrepreneur. Three marriages later, she tied the knot with Rossano Rubicondi, an Italian actor. A well-heeled event, it all went down at The Donald’s famous  Mar-a-Lago. Despite a rocky relationship, she mourned when he passed away last year. 

After her death this week, Donald took to his Truth Social platform to announce that she “was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life.”
