GMA’s Ginger Zee Like You’ve Never Seen Her Before

Good Morning America viewers often see Chief Meteorologist Ginger Zee on TV. But, she’s been away taking a holiday season break. However, she broke her social media silence this week and shared a reel about her family time. Some fans commented because they’d never seen her looking like this before.  Read on for more, and see some photos. 

GMA Critics Sometimes Slam Ginger Zee

The meteorologist is famous for predicting the weather. And some critics think she should confine herself to that. You might recall that in April last year, she supported the No New Clothes Challenge. Well, for her efforts, she got slammed for showing too much skin. Now, she has been away and for a time was free of folks trolling her. 

Ginger Zee stirs up GMA viewers from time to time. And, 2024 wasn’t always good to her. For example, after Rob Marciano was ditched, sources claimed that working with her had brought out his hot temper. Allegedly, there was a competition over who wore the bigger britches. But she survived that blowback and took a much shorter break from GMA than Marciano this holiday season. 

Ginger Zee As You Never Saw Her Before 

A few days ago, the Chief Meteorologist from Good Morning America took to her Instagram and shared some shots from her break. Kids played, the seaside beckoned, and more. It looked like the family enjoyed a lot of fun. 

Ginger Zee told her GMA fans in her caption:

Took some time off social media/forecasting to do this (video)… but now I’m reading in & it appears we got in the warmth just in time to get slapped next week w/some serious chill. Maybe I need to petition for a Bay Area story? See you Thursday…

GMA Fans React To No Makeup

Ginger Zee looked very different without her studio makeup on. One follower said, “Hi Ginger! You were sitting next to us at the restaurant last night but didn’t realize it was you until you got up! Enjoy FLL!”

Replying, the GMA star said, “[I] haven’t worn makeup in ten days – never felt better hello back, and sorry we didn’t catch each other. Enjoy the beach.”

Other comments about being make-up-free also arrived. Another fan said, “I love the no makeup look!”

Here is another commenter’s opinion, “No makeup is the ticket, plus you let your skin breath[e]. Happy New Year Ginger and family. I appreciate you.”
