Jack Nicholson’s Grandson Sean Involved in LA Arrest Case

Jack Nicholson, the famous award-winning actor, is a family man. But this week, bad news arrived about his grandson, Sean Norfleet, who was arrested for alleged domestic violence in Los Angeles. Read on to find out more details.

Sean Was Arrested On A Felony

Jack’s grandson, Sean, is the son of Jennifer Nicholson and her ex-husband, Mark Norfleet. Jennifer was the product of Nicholson’s marriage to Sandra Knight. Now 29, you might know Sean under the name Cutter Mattock, which he assumed for his work as a DJ and producer. Until now, it seemed that Sean was a law-abiding citizen.

On Thursday, The Sun US reported that Sean was arrested but later released on bail after allegedly attacking a woman. His bond was set at $50K and he will appear in court in late August. No further details arrived about his accuser or what happened. Notably, there hasn’t been a mugshot released.

What Is Known About Sean

Jack Nicholson’s grandson is quite active on social media, and on Instagram, he describes himself in his profile as, “Horror Composition, Experimental Club, Ha**core, Dark Ambient, Phonk,” and a “Patron of the Dark Arts.” 

His photos show he’s typically the sort of DJ who projects his own unique style. Nobody blamed him when one photo showed him wearing what looked like a German military Iron Cross.

Given his taste for dark and ambient aesthetics, many pictures show he loves to dress up, often appearing quite gothic. However, he certainly doesn’t look like the type of person that might make people cross the road to get away from him.

When the outlet shared the news on Facebook, only one comment appeared , and it’s not worth repeating given its trollish attitude. Then when r/popculture shared it on Reddit, just eight people responded so far. Perhaps Sean is simply too far removed from Jack Nicholson to interest many people.

Those who did respond mainly complained about celebrity children getting media coverage. And then, one defended Sean, saying: “He didn’t sign up for this scrutiny. Why blast his business online? Why not wait until he’s found guilty, since he’s innocent until then?”

Jack’s Other Grandchildren

As far as is known, the famous actor has five grandchildren. Apart from Sean, there’s his brother Duke, who followed in their grandfather’s footsteps by appearing in a horror film. With his signature eyebrows, Duke bears the strongest resemblance to Jack. Additionally, he did some modeling work.

Then there are Walter, Daisy, and Hank, the children of Jack’s daughter, Honey Hollman. Much younger than Sean, they haven’t had time to run into any legal trouble.

Meanwhile, Jack Nicholson faced occasional legal issues. In 1994, he made headlines for allegedly smashing a car with a golf club during an altercation in North Hollywood. Though initially charged with vandalism and assault, the case was settled privately.

His encounters with the law go back even further. In 1968, Nicholson and filmmaker Bob Rafelson wended up arrested at a New York City movie premiere for attempting to place promotional stickers on a police officer’s helmet.
