Jada Pinkett Smith Vows To Take Legal Action Over Ridiculous Claims

They may be separated for several years but Jada Smith still got Will Smith‘s back and she won’t fold her hands and do nothing while someone slanders her children’s father. That won’t be tolerated at all.

In an already viral interview with social media personality Tasha K, someone who goes by the name Brother Bilaal, and claims to be the “actor’s ex-personal assistant,” dropped a bombshell that doesn’t sit well with Jada and she threatened to take the matter up legally.

In the controversial interview, Brother Bilaal claimed he once walked in on the “King Richard” actor in a sexual position with fellow actor Duane Martin.

Duane Martin happens to be a co-star in Will’s popular tv series “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Duane appeared on two episodes of the series in 1993 and 1995 and is known for his works in the series “L.A.’s Finest.” Bilaal alleged that he walked into Duane’s dressing room and caught the two having sex.

Following the viral interview which labeled “Bad Boys” actor “gay,” Will’s representative has come out to publicly deny the allegations in a statement to TMZ, “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.” While Will has broken his silence on the issue, representatives for Duane shared that the “Ride or Die” actor has zero intention of addressing the allegations.

Jada on the other hand revealed in an interview with “Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club” that she won’t take the issue lightly.

“We’re going to take legal action because it’s one thing to have an opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories.” She pointed out that the story, “It’s not true; We’re going to take care of it, and that’s that.”

While on her way out of “iHeartRadio” studios in New York City on Wednesday, TMZ caught up with the “Girls’ Trip” actress and enquired about her reaction to the viral interview about Will’s sexuality and she replied the outlet, “We sue’.”

Before Jada and Will got married, Will was previously married to Sheree Zampino. The two tied the knot in 1992 and had a son Trey that same year. In 1995 they divorced.

Will went on to marry Jada in 1997 and they had their children Jaden in 1998, and Willow in 2000. They’ve been separated since 2016.
