Jason Sudeikis And Olivia Wilde Are Still In A Bitter Child Support Battle

It looks like these two aren’t friendly exes after all. Even though former couple Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde were spotted looking very friendly with one another while they were hugging things out in Los Angeles recently, a new report says that they are still in a very bitter battle over their child support issue.

As many fans can recall, Olivia was served with court papers while she was on stage for ComicCon last year. Even though Jason says he had nothing to do with the timing of it, a lot of people can’t help but wonder if Olivia was served intentionally by her ex-husband in order to embarrass her. Needless to say, things have been pretty nasty between Jason and Olivia and for several reasons, too. Apparently, Jason was none too pleased when Olivia decided to pull the plug on their marriage. Not only that, but she also started dating Harry Styles soon after their marriage crumbled apart.

Jason was so devastated over everything that he supposedly laid down on the couple’s driveway in order to avoid having her drive to Harry’s house. At least, that’s what their former nanny alleges. Not only that, but Jason was livid when Olivia once took her ‘special’ salad to Harry’s house and shared her secret recipe with the singer, too.

And now reports say that it looks like their child support issue is yet to be resolved. TMZ says that Jason filed to have their child support hearing in New York while Olivia wants it to be held in California.

A lot of people pointed out that at least Olivia isn’t trying to move her kids to England anymore, as she and Harry Styles have officially broken up.

What’s Next For Jason And Olivia?

Some critics have commented on the matter with, “Apparently they were New York based but broke-up while temporarily living in LA due to the pandemic. I don’t know why he needs a NY judge involved and I honestly don’t even care,” along with, “I feel so sorry for the kids. Do what’s best for them. Don’t have them shuttling all over place from one side of the country to the other. Be GD grownups, suck it up, and do right by your children.”

So far both parties have not made any comments about the matter.
