According to the On The JLo newsletter, the 52-year-old actress unveiled the “most romantic thing” that happened to her while having her usual bubble bath. It says: “Saturday night while at my favorite place on earth (in the bubble bath), my beautiful love got on one knee and proposed.” Lopez also expressed her delight about the unexpected proposal and confirmed that she responded “YES.”

Jennifer Garner – Invites The Newly Engaged Couple

After the world knew about the engagement, a source told E! that Ben Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, knew first about it, for the 49-year-old actor consulted her and their children before the proposal happened. “Ben told Jen and the kids, so they knew about it. Jen is happy for Ben and knows that JLo has been a positive influence in certain ways,” said the source.

Jennifer Garner just celebrated her 50th birthday and it was reported that she invited Affleck and Jennifer Lopez as his plus one. As documented by Hollywood Life, a source stated that Garner decided to invite the two as she “is in a good place with Ben and Jennifer (Lopez).” On the other hand, JLo found the invitation “super sweet” and said she would like to give it a try, especially since “it is important to all of them” to be on good terms.

Days after Affleck and Lopez’s engagement, Netflix’s Selling Sunset’s Emma Hernan, made noise online when she mentioned that “The Last Duel” actor sent her a message on a dating app before he got back to Lopez. Amidst the allegations, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer showed the jewelry on her finger while enjoying a lollipop during a road trip.

She captioned, “Green lollipop kisses.” Thousands of fans commented in the comment section, appreciating the beauty of the star. An Instagram user said, “You look gorgeous, like always.” One fan commented, “It’s the ring for me.” Another one chimed in, “Oh, hi, timeless Barbie from the block.”
