Jennifer Lopez Tells Britney Spears To ‘Stay Strong’

Jennifer Lopez has Britney Spears’ back!  We all need that one person who will out of the blue tell us to “hang in there, keep fighting, you got this” you know, encourage us through our difficult moments in life. Now, it’s not a must that this would come from someone we expect it to come from, e.g. our loved ones because trust me, most of the time, our problems come from those we call loved ones, so, even if it’s from someone we least expect, we all need those words of encouragement because when push comes to shove, it’s those little words that matter and will end up making the strength of our backbones.

So, all through last week, it’s been a he-said-she-said back and forth situation between Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline. This started when Kevin revealed in an interview that his two sons Sean 16, and Jayden 15, who he shares with Britney do not want to see their mother, Kevin further went on to say that the boys haven’t been to see Britney for months.

Well, After Britney’s August 6th post, the “Marry Me” actress Jennifer Lopez posted an already deleted post of Britney to throw in some words of encouragement, telling the “Baby One More Time” singer to “Stay Strong,” attached to the caption is a muscle emoji and a throwback picture of Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards.

Jennifer Lopez — What Britney’s Ex-Husband Said About Britney

Kevin revealed during an interview with Daphne Barak that the bone of contention for Sean and Jayden’s decision to not see their mom Britney for a while has to do with the constant display of Britney’s nude photos online, Kevin explained that the boys are still in high school and he can’t imagine what it felt like for the boys, Kevin went on to say that the decision was difficult for the boys, they love their mom but it’s just hard for them.

Kevin also said that the boys purposely missed out on their mom’s wedding to Sam Asghari, he said that their sons’ names were on the invited guest list but though they were happy for their mom and wish her well, they independently chose to sit it out since they’ve already begun to away from her.

In response, Britney said that it hurts her so much that such a private matter regarding her feud between her sons and her was made public, she went on to explain that the reason her sons decided to not see her for the meantime started long before her online censored nude photos, Britney didn’t mince words when saying that, Kevin telling the world that her sons didn’t want to see her hurts a lot.

Lest I forget, before Jennifer Lopez posted that Britney should stay strong, Britney first recalled what Jennifer told her sometime, and wrote in a post “As Jennifer Lopez once said” then she went on to quote what Jennifer told her “You look right down that camera and tell every little girl in the world to get loud and never ever back down to giving light to injustice.” For some unknown reason, Britney later deleted the post after Jennifer gave it a heart reaction, that very post was what Jennifer reshared and encouraged Britney to stay strong.

On Saturday, August 6, Britney made a post that points out that Kevin has been trash-talking Britney to their sons. In the post, Britney explained that her children were supposed to visit her and stay at least 3days a week before moving back to Kevin’s place but suddenly, the boys began staying once a week, when they come, they just head straight to their rooms and shut the door, an action which has left Britney wondering why they come to stay with her if they won’t even spend time with her so she said that, to her “there’s been rude, then there’s being hurtful.”

Britney said that at a point the boys told her that they will not be visiting her as often as they used to, she agreed with them but went on to tell Kevin of the development to which Kevin promised her he won’t allow the boys to make that decision on their own, only for the boys to stop coming completely after she made that call to Kevin.

Kevin’s lawyer denied that Kevin ever trash-talked Britney to her sons, Kevin insists that the boys love Britney but their decision to stay away from Britney was entirely their choice, he had nothing to do with it.

After Britney made that post on Saturday, Kevin quickly made a post of his own saying that he won’t stand by and let Britney lie against their sons so Kevin released three videos which were claimed to be from four years ago, the video was showing how Britney was yelling at the boys when they were ages 11 and 12. One of the videos shows Britney telling her sons, “This is my house. If I want to come in here and give you lotion for your face because it’s coarse … y’all better start respecting me, are we clear? You all need to start treating me like a woman with worth. I am a woman, okay, be nice to me, do you understand?”

Although the three videos have since been deleted by Kevin, Britney’s lawyer Matthew Rosengart shared a statement the same day saying Kevin violated his sons’ privacy. The statement reads: “Britney has faithfully supported her children and she loves them dearly. Whether he realizes it or not, Mr Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he should protect.”
