Johnny Depp Trial Turns TMZ Witness Into TikTok Star For Amber Heard Shade!

Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against Amber Heard has turned into a social media phenomenon. As a result of his followers repeatedly turning to Twitter, hashtags pleading for justice for Johnny have gone viral. And in the process, some unexpected stars got born.

TMZ – Witness Becomes TikTok Star For Amber Heard Shade!

TikTok has hosted some of the most viral clips from the trial involving Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. And now one video has produced a social media celebrity. A witness from TMZ took the stand and threw shade at Heard’s lawyer in the clip, noted OK magazine.

That witness, Morgan Tremaine, worked for TMZ between 2015 and 2017. But his testimony about getting tips about Amber’s location connected with current allegations. And Morgan also got linked to a mysterious video sent to TMZ. In that video, Depp yelled at Heard when he noticed she had recorded him in their then-shared home.

Bring on Amber’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft, who questioned the former TMZ staff member. “You know this case is being televised, right?” demanded the attorney. And Tremaine calmly responded, “I am aware there are cameras.” As a result, Bredehoft tried throwing shade. “This gets you your fifteen minutes of fame, doesn’t it,” demanded the attorney.

However, Tremaine stayed cool while responding. “So, I stand to gain nothing from this,” stated the former celebrity gossip website employee. “I’m actually putting myself kind of in the target of ‘TMZ,’ a very litigious organization, and I’m not seeking any fifteen minutes of fame here, though you [are] welcome to speculate.” And then came the real shade. “I could say the same thing by taking Amber Heard as a client for you,” shared Tremaine.

TikTok – Shares Love For TMZ Staffer!

The clip showing Tremaine clapping back at Bredehoft immediately went viral on TikTok. “Morgan Tremaine deserves more than 15 min of fame after this!!!!” stated the creator. And the TikTok user confessed, “I love [Morgan even though] I don’t know him.”

However, TMZ at first responded with a court order to block Tremaine’s testimony. That court order came in the wake of news that Depp’s lawyers wanted to use Tremaine as a witness. But Judge Penney Azcarate turned down the court order in favor of voluntary testimony.

And it seemed that the love for Tremaine has continued. For instance, one fan urged, “We must protect him at all costs!” And another fan mocked Heard’s attorney. “Elaine needs to sit back down after that,” declared the follower.

Fans also noticed that Johnny’s legal team loved the exchange. For instance, one wrote, “The way Camille and Ben smirk at each other lol” in a reference to Depp’s attorneys Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez. However, the conclusion to the trial remains a topic of debate. And the outcome will see if Johnny can win his lawsuit against Amber. That lawsuit seeks $50 million for defamation based on how her essay about domestic violence impacted his career and reputation. But in turn, Heard counter-sued for $100 million.
