Kanye West’s current girlfriend Julia Fox once dated his enemy Drake, according to Page Six. And the two reportedly enjoyed a steamy affair before Julia ever hooked up with Kanye. As a result, insiders describe Fox as getting “in the middle of one of hip-hop’s bitterest beefs.”

Intriguingly, while Julia has used her relationship with West to expand her public spotlight, the 31-year-old reportedly managed to keep her “hot-and-heavy secret romance with Drake” under cover. That romance occurred exactly a year before Fox shifted teams and began dating Drake’s enemy Kanye. 

Drake, 35, reportedly began romancing Julia by contacting her through an Instagram direct message. In his DM, the rapper gushed about her 2019 role in Adam Sandler’s movie, “Uncut Drama.” And their relationship quickly blossomed. For instance, Drake reportedly piled on the presents, including not just one but two coveted Birkin bags. Those gifts range from $20,000 to $500,000

The 31-year-old actress has confessed her Drake romance to Kanye West, 44, according to insiders. And West reportedly feels unhappy about the dramatic details. For instance, Drake began his relationship with Julia over drinks at a hotel. And when he learned about her promotional gig at Bloomingdale’s, the rapper showed up to visit her, even closing down the store for their intimate hookup.

Fox flew from New York to Los Angeles to visit with Drake. “Then she went to [his hometown] Toronto to stay with him,” shared the insider. But that romantic stay at Drake’s huge 50,000-square-foot mansion got interrupted by the pandemic.

As a result, Julia had to return home before the COVID-19 rules closed the border between the United States and Canada. Flash forward to this New Year’s Eve, and Fox began her whirlwind romance with West. But although the relationship doesn’t rank as Julia’s first with a celebrity, it does mark a milestone for the rapper.

Kanye had not dated anyone after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, ending their marriage of eight years. As a result, some insiders believe West courted Julia in order to push Kim to regret her action. However, Kardashian thus far seems quite happy with her own new relationship with Pete Davidson.
