Justin Bieber – Asks For Prayers: ‘I Can’t Eat!’

Struggling to eat. Battling to stay positive. And discovering his face has become partly paralyzed. For pop singer Justin Bieber, life has taken a terrifying turn.  But through it all, Bieber holds onto his faith. And he asked fans to pray for him, reported People.

Justin’s wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber just went through her own health crisis. But with her support and his own faith, Bieber hopes to overcome his challenges. Justin shared that he suffers from paralysis resulting from Ramsay Hunt syndrome. And in his Instagram Stories, the pop musician explained his fears. 

“Been getting progressively harder to eat,” admitted Justin.  And he summed up his illness as “extremely frustrating.” But with a tearful emoji, Bieber emphasized his wishes. “Please pray for me.”

Because Justin believes he will improve, he also vowed to “get normal” for his fans. “I’m gonna to get better and I’m doing all these facial exercises to get my face back to normal,” Bieber reassured his followers. “And it will go back to normal, it’s just time. But it’s gonna be OK.”

Justin Bieber – Suffers From Ramsay Hunt Syndrome: What To Know

Ramsay Hunt Syndrome consists of a rare neurological disorder. And as Justin Bieber told his fans, one symptom involves paralysis of the face. As a result, Bieber had to cancel his live shows in the near future.

“Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome,” began Justin. “And it is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis. As you can see, this eye is not blinking.”

And Bieber pointed out in his video various indicators of his syndrome. For instance, the pop singer cannot smile fully. “I can’t smile with this side of my face, this nostril will not move, so there is full paralysis in this side of my face,” added Justin. As for future shows? Sadly, Bieber admitted he feels “physically, obviously not capable of doing them.”

And the pop singer summed up his situation as “pretty serious. I wish this wasn’t the case,” continued Justin. “But obviously, my body is telling me I got to slow down. And I hope you guys understand and I’ll be using this time to rest and relax and get back to 100 percent so that I can do what I was born to do.”

Bieber’s illness follows his wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber’s mini-stroke. But just as Justin supported his spouse, Hailey has shown her love for Justin on his Instagram Story. Thus far, the singer has rescheduled several shows on his 2022 Justice World Tour. But as Bieber looks forward, he seeks to stay positive.
