Kanye West fans have felt angry at Pete Davidson, 28, ever since the comedian began dating Kanye’s estranged wife Kim Kardashian. But a recent action caused West’s followers to get even more annoyed. And it concerns the four children shared by Kanye, 44, and Kim, 41.

For instance, Pete made an appearance at the premiere of Hulu’s “The Kardashians.” And Davidson even got tattoos honoring Kim. In the wake of that ink, the SNL comedian decided to get tattoos representing all of Kardashian’s and Kanye West’s kids, reported Page Six.

The new tattoo reads “KNSCP.” And fans quickly translated the meaning. First, the K clearly represents Pete’s beloved Kim. And second, the NSCP stands for Kardashian’s and West’s children: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.

But while West reportedly got riled at first by Pete’s tattoos with Kim’s name, the new ink dedicated to Kanye’s kids has sparked a controversy.  However, Kim adores all that ink. For instance, she shared on a recent talk show, “Yeah, he has a few tattoos. A few cute ones, you know, that he got. I think my favorite one, it says ‘My Girl Is A Lawyer,’ and that one’s really cute.”

But the rapper’s fans didn’t think that the tattoo looked so cute. And the quick backlash over Pete Davidson’s tattoo could get summed up in a single slam, per the International News. “Don’t tattoo [Kanye West’s] kids’ initials!” bashed Ye’s followers. 

However, social media offered some more detailed views. For instance, one fan wanted Kanye to “slide for his kids.” But another referred to Pete directly. “If he thinks it’s cute, it’s not. Don’t tattoo someone else’s kids initials when their dad is actually an active parent and when you have been dating the mom for only 6 months,” shared the critic.

Because of the backlash, one person actually refused to take sides. “I don’t care for any party in this whole situation,” claimed the commentator. However, the same individual added a confession. “But I’ve got to say this is very weird especially cause he and Kim probably won’t last that long.”

And some recommended keeping Kanye out of the battle. For example, one suggested, “Why can’t y’all support Ye and let him live in peace instead of trying to keep him in a manic state. I’m sure he’d rather someone love the kids than not.”
