In the new episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians season 2 which is the September 29 episode, the Momager was featured when she visited her last child Kylie Jenner after Kylie gave birth to her son. The reality show was filmed amid Kylie’s son’s birth and during the Blac Chyna defamation trial. During Kris’ confessional the Momager mentioned that her only son Rob Kardashian’s ex-girlfriend was suing her, and her daughters for defamation and contract interfering. “Blac Chyna is suing myself, Khloé [Kardashian], Kylie, and Kim [Kardashian] for defamation of character and interference of contract.”
Continuing, Kris said, “As a mom, I’m very protective of my kids, and on top of that, it’s really draining, It’s emotionally, physically and spiritually exhausting to be going through this. I can’t really say anything about it, I really don’t want to add to the drama but I want to take my mind off of it right now so I’m gonna spend some time with Kylie.”
The Kardashians — About The Blac Chyna Defamation Trial
The defamation trial was first brought up in 2017 few months after Chyna (real name Angela White) and Rob Kardashian split. In the lawsuit, Chyna was suing Rob’s mom, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for defamation of character and being responsible for the cancellation of her then E! Reality Tv series Rob & Chyna, and costing Chyna other job opportunities and millions of dollars.
Chyna later dropped the lawsuit as it was reported that she reached some form of agreement with Rob. Come April this year, Chyna reopened the case again, and let me quickly add that had it not been for the united stand against Chyna by exes and Rob’s sister Khloe when Chyna made a post saying she doesn’t get child support fees, Chyna wouldn’t have reopened the defamation lawsuits case but anyway, she did, and this time around she added a $100 million price for damages. Chyna also sued Rob for assault, battery, and harassment.
Along the line, during the trial, Kim was dropped off the case but in the end, The Kardashians won the case and the judge declared that Chyna not be paid any cent for damages. When the Momager spoke few minutes after their victory on the case she expressed her gladness that it was finally over. A month later the Kardashians requested that Chyna pay the legal fees which amount to almost $400K

The Kardashians — What Blac Chyna’s Lawyer Said About Kris’ Legal Fees Demand
Blac Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani responded to the Kardashians’ request for Blac Chyna to pay for their legal fees saying “Kris Jenner’s attempt to financially ruin Angela White, the mother of her granddaughter Dream Kardashian, will not work.”
Lynne Ciani said, “Under California law, costs are awarded to defendants only when they are without fault. In this case, a Los Angeles jury reached a verdict that defendant Kris Jenner falsely claimed that ‘Chyna beat the sh** out of Rob’s face’ and that defendant Kylie Jenner falsely claimed that Chyna would ‘proceed with using and physically abusing my brother.’ The same Los Angeles jury reached a verdict that defendants Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner did not act reasonably and in good faith to protect their own economic interests in the ‘Rob & Chyna’ show.”
During the trial, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner alleged that Chyna beat up Rob Kardashian and strangled him with the cord of an iPhone.
