Kevin Federline Is Having A Hard Time Paying His Bills

With all of the child support money that he gets from Britney Spears on a monthly basis, you’d think that Kevin Federline would be able to pay all of his bills on time, but that hasn’t been the case at all.

In fact, there’s a new report that says Kevin is having a hard time keeping up with his kids’ school tuition and fees and that the school is even taking him to court now over it. Yikes! Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest edition of The National Enquirer, Kevin is way behind in his tuition bills. Even though he reportedly gets about $20,000 a month in child support from Britney Spears for the ex-couples two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, he is about $15,000 behind in unpaid tuition – and it seems like he’s done very little about it! He and his wife, Victoria Prince, are being sued in a Los Angeles court for ignoring the school bill for their two daughters, Jordan and Peyton.

The suit says that Kevin and Victoria have failed to honor the control their signed “by failing to pay for services which had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.” If that weren’t enough, the case also says that the couple “continue to fail and refuse to pay all or any part of the remaining balance.”

The school is asking for Kevin Federline to pay the full amount of the tuition, plus 10 percent interest and the schools’ attorney fees.

Unfortunately, Kevin currently doesn’t have a job. It seems like the only income he relies on is the money that he gets from Britney Spears each month. Before their divorce in 2006, he did various different jobs as a dancer, rapper, model and at one point, even a wrestler.

So far Kevin himself has not made any comments about the matter but at this point, it’s doubtful that he will say anything. If he’s behind on his children’s school tuition, who knows what else he’s also behind on.
