Kim Kardashian Posts About Relationship ‘Failure’ Amid Kanye’s No-Show At Deposition

The SKKN by Kim founder Kim Kardashian, 42, sparked concern from her fans when she uploaded excerpts from the “Everyday Hero Manifesto” book by Robin Sharma in a since deleted Instagram post.

The excerpts came from the chapter that contains “40 Things I Wish I’d Known at 40″ in Robin’s book. The post was made on Wednesday after her ex-husband Kanye “Ye” West refused to show up at the office of Kim’s attorney Laura Wasser to sit for a deposition.

One of the posts read, “If you risk all for love and it doesn’t work out, there is no failure because all love stories are, in truth, hero tales,” while another read, “no growth of the heart is a waste. Ever.” The third was in disagreement with what the author wrote about stepping on spiders.

Kim Kardashian — On Kanye’s Absence On His Deposition

The initial date for Kanye to sit for a deposition was on Nov. 16 but he didn’t show up. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Kanye will be given one more chance to sit for a deposition on November 29.

If the rapper fails to appear again, the issue of whether Kanye will “be permitted to offer any testimony, oral or written,” will be heard by the judge before the former couple’s trial begins. The trial is scheduled to commence on December 14, 2022.

Before Kanye skipped his deposition, the divorce proceedings with Kim have been going on smoothly until Kanye made headlines with his incessant hate speech and constant tearing down of Kim. For that reason, Kim decided to speed things up with the divorce so as not to be attached or associated with Kanye in any way.

Kim has already made a post against Kanye’s hateful rhetoric comments. Her post read, “Hate speech is never OK or excusable, I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric towards them to come to an immediate end.”

Kim’s post on failed relationship also came up after her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson, 29, sparked new relationship rumors that Emily Ratajkowski, 31.

Kim and Pete began dating shortly after Kim was declared legally single by a judge. Their relationship lasted for 10 months only before their sudden unexpected split.
