And the reason for the delay revolves around Kardashian’s desire to welcome a fourth baby into the world. “Their wedding is set to be a huge event,” revealed the source. “And they’ve been planning for months.” But though at first Kourtney wanted a May wedding, now she changed her mind. And despite first planning to tie the knot as soon as possible, Kardashian prefers to focus on her baby dreams.

But her battle with IVF, medications, and doctor’s visits have added to the challenges. And fans can watch her journey to pregnancy on the upcoming KUWTK spin-off. “As fans will see on the show, the IVF journey is difficult,” added the insider. “And it involves a lot of medication and doctor’s visits. Everything is so uncertain.”

And so she decided to invest “her full energy into having a baby right now,” explained the source. But the reality TV star admitted that she did not realize just how difficult that goal would become.

“Travis and I want to have a baby,” shared Kourtney in a clip from her upcoming reality TV show. “And so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF. Like, it hasn’t been the most amazing experience.”

But beyond the challenges of IVF, Kardashian also feels upset by social media trolling. For instance, Kourtney confessed to her mother/manager Kris Jenner that her social media followers bother her by repeatedly criticizing her for gaining weight. And she also gets annoyed with the on-going rumors that she already has become pregnant.

“Every single person on social media is always like ‘Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s gained so much weight.’ It’s so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they’re actually going through,” pointed out Kardashian. “The medication they’re giving me, they put me into menopause. … Literally into menopause.”
