Hallmark Mahogany: Karen Pittman To Star In Unthinkably Good Things

Hallmark is taking its Mahogany brand to the small screen with a new original movie Unthinkably Good Things with Karen Pittman.

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is bringing the company’s Mahogany brand of greeting cards to life in an original movie Unthinkably Good Things. The Mahogany banner is set to continue celebrating the core values of community, family and love represented in the Black community. Meanwhile, Karen Pittman (And Just Like That…) will be headlining the new film.

The plot of the movie involves Allison (Pittman), at a crossroads in her career and love life. She needs the support and love of her two friends, Melina (Joyful Drake) and Reesa (Erica Ash). When her friends visit her in Tuscany, Italy, the reunion leads to each of the women reexamining her own life and relationships. While each has different perspectives and personalities, the friends know each other’s truths and help to make life-changing decisions.

As mentioned, the cast is led by Karen Pittman (And Just Like That…., The Morning Show, Yellowstone). Erica Ash (Survivor’s Remorse, Uncle Drew) plays Reesa while Joyful Drake (Let’s Stay Together, The Quad) is in the role of Melina.

Other cast members include Jermaine Love (Outer Banks, Rogue Warfare), and Lance Gross (House of Payne, Our Kind of People).

Hallmark  Channel News – Production Atatus Of Unthinkably Good Things

The first Mahogany movie is currently under production in Italy and is produced for Hallmark Mahogany by Crown Media Production. Korin D. Williams, Monique Nash and Cristina Giubbetti are executive-producing. Meanwhile, David Wulf is a producer, while Terry J. Vaughn directs the script written by Cas Sigers-Beedles.

As yet, there is no news available as to when Unthinkably Good Things will premiere on Hallmark Mahogany. However, as soon as we know, we will let you know.
