Kourtney Kardashian Roasted By Fans Over Parenting Style With Baby Rocky

The latest episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashian” got Kourtney at the receiving end of fans’ backlash over how she chose to parent her last baby Rocky Thirteen who she shares with her husband Travis Barker.

In the clip, the “Lemme” co-founder was worried about going back to work after nursing Rocky, but her fans seem to think that if Kourtney wasn’t born into money, such a thought wouldn’t have crossed her mind at all.

It’s quite understandable why Kourtney might feel too attached to her son to resume her daily activities but the show’s fans chose to define her nervousness as her setting unreasonable parenting standards for moms who look up to her. What simply Kourtney confessed on the show was “I’m starting to get a bit of anxiety about going back into the world,” and boom! Fans picked it up.

Some of the fans accused her of acting like Rocky was her first child. One person wrote underneath E! News’ Instagram post, “She acts like that’s her first baby,” and another seconded the comment, “Sometimes, I think she forgets that she has 3 other kids.”

These commenters can also be understood because, before Kourtney welcomed Rocky, she was a mom of three kids, Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 8, who she shares with ex Scott Disick.

So, saying she’s “starting to get a bit of anxiety” when she already had three prior experiences is not acceptable to them.

What they failed to understand is that this child Kourtney had at age 43 is a bit special and there is nothing wrong in feeling a bit attached to him.

Most of them are of the opinion that Kourtney wouldn’t feel this way if she were a working-class woman because immediately after her maternity leave, she’ll have to resume work.

Anyway, some were in support of the “Poosh” founder and went ahead to share that Kourtney has always been vocal about wanting to be a present mom in her children’s lives.

A user wrote, “Kourt has always, always loved being a PRESENT MOTHER so I’m not surprised. Admire that abt her.”
