Travis Barker Hospitalized, Kourtney Kardashian At His Side, Daughter Asks For “Prayers”

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been hospitalized for a mysterious, undisclosed medical issue. After the 46-year-old was taken to West Hills hospital Tuesday morning, with he was then transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
At 10:45 AM on Tuesday morning Barker also tweeted, “God save me.”

Hours later, Alabama, Barker’s 16-year-old daughter, posted to her Instagram story: “Please send your prayers.” The severity of Barker’s condition is unknown at this time, as is the precise condition he is experiencing.

Barker’s newlywed wife Kourtney was with Travis when he was loaded onto a gurney and then placed inside an ambulance at West Hills. She was wearing a black hoodie and black sweats.

It’s been just a few days since Kourtney, “made a full recovery from her second bout with COVID-19. She had contracted the virus for a second time in mid-June but had made a full recovery as of last week.”

It isn’t clear when Kourtney contracted COVID-19 the first time, though her sisters Kim and Khloe both did test positive during the pandemic.

The phrase ‘God Save Me’ is also the title of a song Barker produced for his friend and fellow singer Machine Gun Kelly. The song debuted in March.

So at this point there is conjecture that the tweet may refer to the Machine Gun Kelly track, or his new documentary, Life in Pink which is streaming on Hulu.

According to the outlet, MGK is currently prepping for a sold-out show Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

What is Wrong With Travis Barker?

It’s also unclear if Barker’s condition is connected to Kourtney contracting COVID-19. She previously quarantined with Barker and her Insta at that time had several photos, “including one of Kourtney leaving little to the imagination with a black robe falling over her shoulder.”

She captioned it: “Ten days of quarantine….” Other photos featuring Kourtney’s kids Penelope and Reign looking into Travis’ house. Thus, it’s possible he contracted COVID-19 after being in contact with his wife. Thus far there is no word on the nature of his illness.

The pair married just a few weeks ago in Italy, and they hooked up after several years of friendship.
