The actress, 31, has been impressing audiences with her talent since the age of 12. She first showed up on the Hollywood scene by playing Sam Jennings in “The Safety of Objects” at the age of 11. She caught Hollywood’s attention and went on to star in many movies as a kid.

Kristen’s blockbuster success came when she played the lead actress in the “Twilight” franchise as Bella Swan. Even though the films received fierce criticisms, it went on to become a major box office success, dragging Stewart to an even larger audience.

Can Stewart Show A Range Of Characters?

At one point, critics pointed out that she was always playing all her characters the same way, with no unique approach to each of them.

She, however, proved herself as an actress when she took on diverse rolls in films such as “Still Alice”, the darker reimagining of Disney’s “Snow White” in “Snow White and the Huntsman”, and Woody Allen’s “Cafe Society”.

In the biopic “Spencer”, where the actress stepped into the shoes of late Princess Diana, the film pulled back the curtains on the extent of the mental health challenges Diana faced as a royal.

It follows her in a period of her life when she decided to forego her role as a future queen consort in quest for a better life.

Stewart’s performance as Princess Diana in “Spencer” was praised by critics. Despite her outstanding performances, the “Charlie’s Angel” star is convinced that she’s made only “five really good movies.” Whether her fans agree to it is another story altogether.

You Are Your Own Worse Critic

In an interview with the Sunday Times, Stewart opened up about her personal rating of her movies. “I’ve probably made five really good films, out of 45 or 50 films? Ones that I go, ‘Wow, that person made a top-to-bottom beautiful piece of work!’ […] I love Assayas’s movies, […] I’d have to look at my credit list. But they are few and far between. That doesn’t mean I regret the experience [of making them].”
