The former child star recently opened up about her new life and how she’s excited to become a mom. Lindsay and her husband, Bader Shammas, are expecting their first child together. Speaking to Allure in a new interview, Lindsay said that she’s definitely looking forward to the next chapter in her life.She put it this way, “I can’t wait to see what the feeling is and what it’s like to just be a mom.

I know that what’s ahead of me is nothing like what I’ve experienced before. I’ve been crying a lot lately and moved to tears by simple gestures like a baby shower. Happy tears. That’s just who I am. Though now, it’s probably a baby emotion.”

Lindsay also said that she isn’t closing the door on doing romantic comedies in the future. Actually, make that any kind of work as she would definitely love to kickstart her Hollywood career again.

She said, “I’ve dreamed of working with Scorsese and del Toro, but I’m not going to try and exec-produce their movies. I’m not going to be like, ‘Oh, I want to do a Marvel.’”

Lindsay Lohan Wants To Get Back To Work

Lindsay added that she’s thinking of branching out and doing other things, too. She said, “Do I want to build my own brand? Do I want to relaunch a new production company? All of these kinds of things I can take time to think about.” Dubai, she says, “gives me that space to have my own vision of what I need to do next.”

Many of Lindsay’s fans have commented on her interview with, “Hopefully she has matured and will take care of herself and be a good mother. She deserves some happiness,” along with, “Yep. She says she’s going to be a great mom so we all love her now, because we can relate. You’ve still got some work to do, Lindsay. Not buying it.”
