Lisa Marie Presley’s Ex To Get Full Custody Of Their Twins

According to reports, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband will get full custody of their twins following the singer’s death on Jan. 12.

Even though there are rumors that a custody battle may ensue, it’s understood that there hasn’t been any contest regarding who the children will be staying with.

Media Outlet Dismisses Rumors Saying Lisa Marie Presley’s Ex Danny Keough Will Make A Play For Custody

Following the death of Lisa Marie Presley at age 54, 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper will be staying full time with their father Michael Lockwood, 61.

Lockwood and the late Lisa Presley tied the knot in 2006 and were together for a decade before going their separate ways.
Sources close to the outlet reported that the twins have been staying with their father following their mother’s death and that they’re “comfortable” with the living arrangements.

Before her death, Presley had 60 percent custody of the twins. Under California law, unless Lockwood is declared incapable of being a parent, he will ordinarily get full custody.

However, TMZ previously reported that the father of Presley’s first two children, Danny Keough, could make a play for custody as he was living with Presley and the twins at the time of her death.

According to the outlet, Keough naturally sees himself as the girls’ stepdad. To exacerbate matters, it was also reported that relationship between Keough and Lockwood is strained – in part because of all the bad blood that was stirred up during Lockwood and Presley’s nasty, five-year divorce battle.

However, it’s been reported that Keough now understands that the kids are comfortable with their father and therefore, will no longer be making a play for custody.

In other reports, it was revealed that Elvis Presley’s famous Graceland home, where the rock and roll legend died at the age of 42, will go to Riley, Finley and Harper.

The mansion always held significance for Lisa Marie Presley as it was her childhood home.
